Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will support recruiting operations and candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle. This individual will play a key role in coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting data, assisting with onboarding activities, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders while managing calendar logistics.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates by providing updates, scheduling information, and next-step communications throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities, including preparation of new hire documentation and coordination of orientation-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system and related databases.
- Support recruiting team operations through job posting management, candidate pipeline tracking, and reporting activities.
- Generate and distribute offer documentation and other employment-related paperwork as needed.
- Help deliver a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a professional recruitment process.
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, talent acquisition support, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS platforms, or onboarding systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
