Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Contract Opportunity

Location: Elkins, West Virginia
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours per Week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Elkins, WV. The selected candidate will provide quality patient care, support daily nursing operations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Support patients with daily living activities and healthcare needs.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatment protocols.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
