McLeod Health Cheraw, in partnership with Lifepoint Rehabilitation, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing outpatient rehabilitation team. Practice Details

• Full-time employed position
• Outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Communicate patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with patient scheduling and documentation
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Educate patients, families, and nursing staff on follow-through care programs
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment
• Supportive leadership and team-oriented workplace culture

Clinical Opportunity

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $105,000
• $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in South Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Previous outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
