Job Title: SE&V Tool Integrator

Job Location: Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL

Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineering Tool Integrator to design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations among our core development and requirements management platforms (JIRA, IBM, DOORS, Cameo, Systems, Modeler, GitLab, etc.).

Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance

Required Education/Experience:

  • Advanced degree and 3+ years experience or bachelors with 5+ years experience or equivalent; wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in their field and provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with imaginative and thorough solutions; works under general direction, and results are reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives; failure to achieve results normally results in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources; frequent internal and external customer contacts and represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.

Job Duties:

  • The role will enable traceability, automated data flow, and unified reporting across the tool chain.Key Responsibilities Analyze existing tool ecosystems and define integration requirements to support end to end system development processes. Design and implement bi directional connectors/APIs (REST, SOAP, JMS, etc.) for JIRA, DOORS, Cameo, GitLab, and related tools.
  • Conduct validation testing, performance tuning, and continuous monitoring of integration pipelines.Provide documentation, training, and support to engineering teams on integrated workflows.Collaborate with configuration management, quality assurance, and cybersecurity groups to ensure compliance with LM standards.
  • Develop automated scripts/workflows for data synchronization, change propagation, and traceability matrix generation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred ExperienceExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and containerized deployment (Docker/Kubernetes).Certifications in Atlassian (JIRA), IBM DOORS, or Cameo.Working knowledge of DoD/IA?approved security standards and data handling policies.
