What You’ll Do:

• Manage: Oversee daily lab workflow, scheduling, and staff productivity.
• Lead: Train, mentor, and evaluate a team of ceramists and support technicians.
• Craft: Fabricate high-end veneers, crowns, bridges, and full-mouth restorations.
• Refine: Perform advanced porcelain layering, staining, glazing, and characterization.
• Collaborate: Review digital files/prescriptions and consult with dentists on complex cases.
• Innovate: Maintain top-tier quality control and integrate CAD/CAM digital workflows.

What We Need From You:

• 10+ years of high-esthetic dental ceramics experience.
• Prior leadership experience (Manager, Supervisor, or Lead) in a dental lab.
• Expert knowledge of zirconia, lithium disilicate, and porcelain systems.
• An elite artistic eye for tooth morphology, anatomy, and color matching.
• Strong communication skills to lead a team and collaborate with clinicians.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows.
• Experience handling complex cosmetic and implant-supported cases.
