Join Elara Caring as a Travel Physical Therapist providing exceptional one-on-one care in patients homes across multiple states. Deliver direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, and design individualized Plans of Care with involvement of patients and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold clinical standards and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership and guidance to support staff and participate in ongoing education and development.

• Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
• Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current, unrestricted PT license(s) for states within assigned travel region
• Willingness and ability to travel 100%
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 100 pounds
