Plaintiff's Attorney - Mesothelioma & Asbestos Litigation

A well-established plaintiff-side litigation firm — name confidential at this stage — is seeking an attorney to join its mesothelioma and asbestos exposure practice in Tampa, FL. The firm represents individuals and families nationwide in toxic-tort and catastrophic-injury matters and is known for a collaborative, client-first approach.

In this role you will:

• Manage asbestos/mesothelioma cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice

• Develop exposure histories and work closely with experts and clients

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and settlement materials

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial as appropriate

What we're looking for:

• Active Florida Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)

• Litigation experience; prior asbestos, mesothelioma, toxic-tort, or plaintiff-side personal-injury work is a strong plus

• Excellent research, writing, and client-communication skills

• A genuine interest in advocating for victims and their families
