LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse- Evening Shift

Wilber Care Center is hiring a Night Shift LPN Charge Nurse for a full-time 3x12 schedule (6p–6a) with rotating weekends. In this Charge Nurse role, you’ll help ensure safe, consistent care for residents in our long-term care / skilled nursing community.

Key responsibilities include supervising the CNA/CMA team, providing direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans, administering medications and treatments, watching for and responding to changes in resident condition, completing clear and timely documentation, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Active Nebraska LPN license in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication, organization, and resident-centered approach
