Pay: $44.00 per hour plus $3 shift differential if applicable

Join a mission-focused team caring for older adults, Veterans, and their families at a trusted long-term care facility in Georgetown. We're looking for compassionate LPNs who want flexible hours and a chance to make a lasting impact.
This is meaningful work-you'll help patients maintain their dignity, independence, and health while being part of a supportive, professional team.
What You'll Do- Provide hands-on nursing care to older adult patients
- Take vital signs and document care
- Help with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and eating
- Give prescribed medications and monitor reactions
- Assist doctors during exams and treatments
- Support and educate families on patient care
- Promote comfort and quality of life, including end-of-life care
- Participate in care planning with the medical team
- Keep clear and accurate patient records
- Follow all safety policies and care procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Active and unrestricted Ohio LPN license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
- 6 months of LPN experience
- A kind, patient-centered mindset
