Potential Responsibilities

• Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing trucks, trailers, forklifts, loaders, spotter trucks, cranes, and plant equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
• Assisting with preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Helping reduce equipment downtime
• Performing basic welding, fabrication, or repair work when needed
• Learning from experienced mechanics and building hands-on skills
• Working safely in a plant, yard, and maintenance shop environment
• Interest in auto, diesel, fleet, heavy equipment, or industrial maintenance
• Automotive, diesel, or technical school training preferred
• Hands-on mechanical experience from school, work, side jobs, or personal projects
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn and ask questions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-first attitude and commitment to safety
