This role is the first step in a three-level CNC Technician career path, offering hands-on training, skill development, and advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Learn to set up and operate CNC machines

• Read blueprints and technical drawings

• Perform machining tasks like cutting, drilling, and milling

• Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Operate manual shop equipment (mills, lathes, grinders)

• Work with conversational and G&M code programs

• Follow safety, quality, and production standards

• Work independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Interest in manufacturing or skilled trades

• Basic math and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions

Education & Experience

• Technical degree, associate's degree, or

• 1+ year of related manufacturing or machining experience

• Equivalent experience or training is welcome

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting (non-climate controlled)

• Standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs)

• PPE required; production floor can be loud
