Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation per company and regulatory standards.
• Requires an active or soon-to-be Physical Therapist license.
