Physical Therapist - IRG North Everett

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care and seeks continued growth in their professional skills. Our therapists evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments to patients suffering from injuries, disabilities, or diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent further injury. This role involves developing treatment plans based on medical referrals and individual patient goals.

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to improve recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Comply with all applicable regulations and laws.
• Contribute to efficient clinic operations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience, particularly in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance regulations.
