What Youll Do Every Day
Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure consistent coverage
Serve as the communication hub between families and caregivers
Support caregivers with clarity, empathy, and problem-solving
Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members
Step in to support nearby Comfort Keepers offices when needed

What Were Looking For

To thrive in this role, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Hold a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Live within 1020 miles of Luzerne
Be available MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Have staffing or scheduling experience (preferred, but well train a dependable learner)
