Job Title: CT Technologist (CT Tech)

Location: Akron, OH
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong CT imaging skills and experience working in a fast-paced acute care environment. Experience in a Level I Trauma Center and/or Comprehensive Stroke Center is preferred.

Schedule

• Night Shift (3rd Shift)
• Schedule Options:
  • 3 x 12-hour shifts
  • 4 x 10-hour shifts
• Rotating Weekends Required
• On-Call Requirement: 1 day per month
• Holiday coverage as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT (CT) Certification required
• BLS Certification required
• Active Ohio License required prior to start, or willingness to obtain Ohio licensure before assignment begins

Preferred Experience

• Level I Trauma Center experience
• Stroke Center experience
• Acute care hospital experience
• Emergency Department imaging experience

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to departmental protocols.
• Conduct imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Administer contrast agents as required and monitor patients during procedures.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation.
• Follow radiation safety and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
