Companion Care Needed

Looking to employ a senior care provider for my father, who is in his 70s. Respite care for weekends, 6 hrs per weekend : F-PM, Sat/Sun AM/PM, M-AM. Should only require 1 hr each visit. Duties: AM: drain catheter, change undergarment, dress, transfer to wheelchair, attend to personal hygiene, then move to the living room. PM: move to room, personal hygiene, transfer to bed, diaper change, bedding. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
