Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Child is an infant, will be 4 months old at time of hiring. Need some help with childcare and possibly very light housework (laundry sometimes, dishes) while dad WFH 2-3 days a week. Mom is a teacher who works an hour away. Ideally, we would love someone who can feel like part of the family, as this may possibly be a long term job. As she grows, we want consistency from a carer who loves what they're doing and can have fun structured activities when she's a little older. English & Spanish is a plus if you're bilingual! We come from a bilingual family and want to expose her to that early.
