VP of Revenue Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary of $120,000–$150,000 plus performance bonus.

VP of Revenue Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must live in the Eastern or Central time zones
  • 10+ years proven sales leadership experience.
  • 7+ years in revenue-generating roles, including 3+ years in senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated direct P&L responsibility and ownership of revenue performance.
  • Experience leading managers and scaling multi-layered sales organizations.
  • Strong expertise in CRM management, forecasting, analytics, and AI-enabled sales tools.
  • Strong background in media, events, sponsorship, conference, or B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to build and implement repeatable sales systems and training programs.
  • Experience driving revenue growth across multiple markets, products, or lines of business.
  • Successful history of building, scaling, or transforming revenue functions.
  • Experience in entrepreneurial or founder-led organizations.
  • Must be willing to take part in domestic travel


VP of Revenue Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in business transformation or turnaround scenarios.
  • Familiarity with advanced revenue-optimization strategies.
  • Comfort representing the company with diverse external stakeholders.


VP of Revenue Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage revenue growth to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and sales teams, setting clear performance expectations.
  • Implement and maximize CRM systems, reporting tools, and AI-driven technologies.
  • Build and optimize scalable sales systems to foster repeatable success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational excellence.
  • Represent the company professionally, maintaining and enhancing brand integrity.
