Job Summary

Valley View Hospital is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join their Operating Room team. This is a great opportunity to work in a Level III trauma center equipped with advanced surgical technology and robotics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures

• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper surgical protocols

• Prepare and organize surgical instruments and equipment

• Support a wide range of surgical specialties including robotics

• Collaborate with OR team to ensure patient safety and efficiency

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado CST License (DORA) – Required

• Certification from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT

• Minimum 3 years of Surgical Tech experience

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program

• Current BLS Certification (AHA)

• Flu Vaccine required (No exemptions)

• Orthopedic (Total Joints)

• Neuro / Spine

• Robotics (DaVinci, Mako, etc.)

• Urology

• GYN

• ENT

• Plastics
