About the Role
We are seeking an outgoing, reliable, and compassionate Full-Time Medical Receptionist to be the face of our office! You will work in tandem with our administrative and clinical staff to deliver an exceptional experience to our patients.
Commitment & Schedule: > This is a secure, full-time position requiring a steady 40 hours per week. Because continuity of care is vital to our patients and our tight-knit team, we are looking for candidates who can commit to this role for at least one year.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday – Friday)
Schedule: Day shift, NO WEEKENDS!
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
As a core member of our daily operations, your routine will include:
Patient Experience: Greeting and checking in patients in a warm, welcoming manner; managing and tracking wait times in the lobby.
Scheduling & Coordination: Managing the clinic schedule and efficiently booking patient appointments.
Financial Handling: Collecting copays and managing front-desk transactions.
Data & Records Management: Inputting patient demographics into the practice EMR, scanning essential documents, and ensuring proper electronic documentation.
Office Upkeep: Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby stocked with essentials for our patients.
Team Support: Assisting the office with other general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Commitment: Ability to commit to a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule for a minimum of one year.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Proven customer service or front-desk experience (medical office experience is a major plus!).
Skills: Exceptional communication, a positive attitude, and elevated attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and a working knowledge of (or comfort learning) healthcare management systems/EMR.
Language: Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus, but not required.
