Farm Burger is Growing the Herd!Assistant Kitchen Manager position available:We are a neighborhood burger joint serving 100% grassfed burgers. Our chefs partner with local farmers and ranchers to create a menu grown by the community. Whether we're creating a burger topped with our pork belly or finding a creative way to use the season's produce, we bring our passion to the table. We are primarily a scratch kitchen, making our own sauces, real french fries, fresh grilled patties, and salads. We are in search of awesome people to join our team. Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year kitchen supervisory or lead line experience

Strong leadership skills and able to communicate effectively in a high volume, fast-paced

environment

Experience with inventory management software a plus

Familiarity of working with whole animals and off cuts a plus
