Overview

The Certified Medical Assistant/Clinical Care Attendant is a vital member of the clinic team, providing comprehensive front and back-office support under the direction of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants or Providers. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Clerical Support: Assist Providers with outpatient patient management on a rotating basis, handling both front and back-office functions.
Patient Advocacy & Care: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring smooth communication and care delivery in collaboration with Providers, staff, and families.
Operational Excellence: Utilize clinical knowledge, judgment, and discretion to manage clinic workflows, resources, and data.
Customer Service: Maintain a strong service-oriented attitude when interacting with patients, families, and community agencies.
