About this job

Assists the Corporate Aviation operations manager in developing long-range and short-notice operational plans. Oversees the execution and operational control of timely, safe, secure, and professional worldwide transportation for the executive management team and other authorized personnel.

Essential Functions


*   Manages daily aircraft schedules to ensure the Corporate Aviation team meets passenger requirements with minimal disruptions

*   Builds each monthly crew schedule in accordance with the Corporate Aviation Flight Operations Manual and Part 91 regulations

*   Manages and builds all worldwide international trip requests based on request, crew duty, aircraft limitations, airport & airspace requirements, and any other applicable country regulations

*   Ensure crew and passengers have all valid documentation required for each specific international location

*   Run safety and risk analysis for each trip and mitigate any issues that arise

*   Performs other duties as assigned


Minimum Education:   

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, aviation, transportation or other related areas
  • FAA-issued aircraft dispatcher license required

Minimum Experience:

  • Seven (7) years of experience in planning, directing or scheduling of corporate aviation or airline aircrews and/or aircraft
  • Dispatch and/or aircraft or aircrew scheduling experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of FAR's 91 and NTSB Part 830
  • Knowledge of international regulations and ICAO weather and ability to read/interpret weather reports/charts.
  • Ability to read/interpret NOTAMS.
  • Strong planning and organization skills required
  • Excellent human relations, customer service and communication skills required

  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
