Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may vary with shipping volume)

Position Summary

The Bulk Shipping Team Member is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping live insect orders. This role involves handling live insects, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining efficient shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle, wrangle, and prepare crickets for shipping in bulk
• Accurately assemble and package live insect orders
• Label shipments with correct information
• Safely load and unload trucks
• Monitor and report shipping or inventory issues
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Meet daily shipping targets with the team
• Ability to use a tape gun
• Ensure humane care of all live insects

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to handle live insects
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Basic math skills (counting, labeling, measuring)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and willing to learn

Preferred:

• Prior warehouse, shipping, or line work experience

Pay Rate:

• $19 an hour
