Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP, able to cover an employee based, primary care clinic in Springfield, IL.

Details:

June 10 - July 16, M-Th

Hours: Mon - 8a-5p, Tue - 6a-3p, Wed - 10a-4p, Thurs - 10-6p, No Fri.

Basic primary and acute care to employees and their families, ages 3+

8-10 patients per day

No workers comp/occ med

MA staffed

$90 per hour

Paid malpractice

Paid shadow training

Requirements:

Must have IL license

Must be BC

Must have 2+ years experience in primary care as an FNP
