As a Customer Service/ Front Desk Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the customer support team, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients. Pay Range: DOE starting at $17.00

What's the Job? Customer Service

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and filing
  • Support team members with various clerical duties as needed

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent (credential requirement: 100006)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
