DC Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator - Now Hiring

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team. This role involves operating order pickers, reach trucks, and clamp trucks—up to 30 feet—to pull orders or put away product. This position has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. 

Job Title: Order Picker / Box Clamp Truck Operator

Location: Bloomingdale, GA

Pay Range: $19 per hour 2nd shift

What’s the Job?

• Accurately pick product quantities or store products in assigned locations. Perform daily tasks using a Labor Management System. Maintain inventory accuracy and product safety. 

• Follow all SOPs, OSHA standards, and company policies. 

• Communicate effectively with team members and support daily workflow.

• Execute tasks using RF scanners or voice‑directed systems. 

• Participate in team meetings and report concerns to management. Assemble containers and maintain organized work areas

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse or order picker experience

• Ability to read and understand work orders. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Ability to pass a post‑offer background check and drug screen
