Warehouse Associate

Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a PREMIER employer in the Greater Boston area. Our client services the eCommerce industry – providing fast, safe, sustainable fulfillment and delivery. We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates for our Braintree, MA fulfillment center.
Warehouse Associate Job Summary:

• 1st and 2nd shift
• Monday thru Friday
• 1st shift hours 7am-3:30pm
• 2nd shift hours 3pm-11:30pm
• Pays $16.50/hr to start
• Temp to HIRE
• NOT ON PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION STOP

Warehouse Associate Duties:

• Arranging products in boxes to prepare for shipment
• Arranging items safely and security
• Identifying and using correct packaging
• Use of an automated headset to physically pull inventory from shelves
• Ensure Order Accuracy
• Load/unload boxes
• Cross-train to be able to work in different areas

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrate ability to follow direction
• Adaptable and ability to change priorities or job duties as required
• Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
