Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and patient interactions accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and health management.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and adjust care plans as needed.
• Support quality improvement, safety, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, active medical licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Board certification or board eligibility, as applicable to the specialty.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to providing respectful, ethical, and inclusive care.
