- Respond to changes in patient condition and adjust care plans as needed.
- Support quality improvement, safety, and compliance initiatives.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Current, active medical licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
- Board certification or board eligibility, as applicable to the specialty.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.

- Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards.
