Job Title: Assembler

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products, parts, and components following work instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Perform basic testing and quality checks on assembled products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed.
• Meet daily production quotas and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• May require overtime and weekend work based on production needs.
• Exposure to moderate noise levels and production equipment.
