General Construction Laborer

Foundation Repair Laborer – Full-Time (Immediate Openings)

Location: Hales Coreners, WI
Pay: $18/hr (no experience) — Up to $25/hr with experience
Schedule: Full-time, year-round

About the Job

We’re hiring motivated laborers to join our foundation repair crew. This is a hands-on, physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with foundation repair, lifting systems, pier installation, and drainage work
• Load/unload materials and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
• Follow crew leader instructions and maintain safe jobsite practices
• Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated and dependable
• Willing to work in all weather (heat, cold, rain, snow)
• Ability to lift/carry 75 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license; no DUI/OWI in the last 7 years
• Pass drug test and background check (no theft or burglary convictions)
• Reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required)

• Construction, concrete, or foundation repair experience
• Experience with power tools or small machinery (e.g., skid steer)
