PrideStaff - Greenville is seeking a physically fit and dependable Concrete Production Associate on behalf of a leading structural manufacturer in Spartanburg.

This is a high-intensity role that involves the end-to-end preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete forms. We are looking for individuals who have the stamina to stand for 12-hour shifts and the "grit" required for heavy industrial production. If you have experience in construction or heavy labor, your skills will transition perfectly here.

Concrete Production Associate Primary Responsibilities include:

Your main responsibility is the precision preparation and pouring of concrete forms, ensuring all structural components are built to specification and the workspace remains operational.

• Form Preparation: Clean out industrial forms using air hoses and specialized tools; build and dismantle forms, bulkheads, and block-outs.
• Reinforcement: Accurately lay rebar and other reinforcing materials into the forms prior to pouring.
• Pouring & Directing: Direct the flow of wet concrete into forms and utilize pouring tools to ensure even distribution and structural integrity.
• Heavy Tool Usage: Frequently utilize sledgehammers and other manual tools to secure or break down forms.
• Maintenance: Perform "clean-as-you-go" duties to ensure the mold and surrounding production area remain safe and free of debris.
• Material Handling: Regularly lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Concrete Production Associate Requirements include:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work and stand for 12 hours or more per shift in a physically demanding environment.
• Manual Dexterity: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift/move 25 lbs throughout the night.
• Instructional Following: Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions to ensure safety and product quality.
• Background & Experience: Prior experience in concrete, roofing, or framing is highly preferred.
• Value-Add Skills: Experience with Overhead Cranes, Welding, or Carpentry is a significant plus.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED OR 1–3 months of related heavy labor experience.
