Janitorial / Sanitation Associate

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a manufacturing facility in Middlebury, IN, is seeking dependable Janitorial / Sanitation Associate to help maintain a clean and safe factory environment.

· Pay: $19.16 an hour
1st Shift Monday - Friday
7am-3:30pm

· Clean and sanitize production and common areas throughout the facility
· Sweep, mop, and remove debris from factory floors
· Empty trash and recycling containers
· Clean restrooms, break areas, and walkways
· Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely
· Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

· Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
· Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
· Ability to work independently and follow instructions
