12-Hour Rotating Shifts 7-7 with monthly rotations

Join a leading manufacturing company and become part of a team responsible for producing high-quality geomembrane products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience who enjoys hands-on work and operating equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support production operations on up to two manufacturing lines
• Load, unload, move, and stage production rolls and materials
• Operate support equipment including roll handling systems and grinders
• Ensure finished products are properly labeled and stored in designated locations
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist Operators and production personnel as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, industrial, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to climb stairs/platforms and work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety
