Idaho Premier Movers is looking for an experienced Lead Mover / Crew Leader who can help lead crews, take care of customers, and represent our company the right way in the field.

This is not just another moving job.

We are looking for someone with real moving experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to help set the tone on the job site. The right person is dependable, professional, physically capable, and understands that moving is about more than lifting furniture. It is about protecting people’s homes, belongings, time, and trust.

Idaho Premier Movers has served the Treasure Valley for over 8 years, handling local, long-distance, residential, commercial, and professional moving services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strong field leader who can help carry our standard forward.

What You’ll Do

· Lead moving crews on residential and commercial jobs

· Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

· Load, unload, wrap, and protect customer belongings

· Help keep jobs organized, safe, and efficient

· Train and support newer movers

· Follow company systems and expectations

· Help create a positive crew environment

· Represent Idaho Premier Movers with pride and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 3 years of professional moving experience

· Leadership or crew lead experience preferred

· Strong customer service skills

· Valid driver’s license

· Clean driving record

· Reliable transportation

· Ability to lift and carry 100+ pounds

· Ability to pass a background check

· Dependable, professional, and consistently on time

· Comfortable working hard in a team environment

Preferred Experience

· Experience driving moving trucks

· Residential and commercial moving experience

· Ability to train and mentor other movers

· Strong problem-solving skills in the field

Pay and Opportunity

· Starting wage: $20.00 per hour

· 90-day onboarding and evaluation period

· Opportunity to earn up to $24.00 per hour within the first year based on performance
