We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant for a thriving apartment community in Bradenton, Florida. The ideal candidate will have prior Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Conduct apartment tours and effectively showcase community amenities.
  • Process rental applications and assist with resident qualification requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations and compliance standards.
  • Prepare leases, renewals, and other leasing documentation.
  • Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Maintain accurate resident and prospect records.
  • Assist with resident retention efforts and customer service requests.
  • Support community marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure occupancy goals are met while maintaining compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous apartment leasing experience required.
  • Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
