Experienced Construction Laborer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Technician with experience in both custom home building and commercial metal building construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial construction, with the ability to read blueprints, operate tools and equipment, and work efficiently as part of a teem to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

This job does require some travel. We are based out of the bolivar mo area and are known to travel within an hour of home base in all directions.

*Though experience is preferred it is not required*

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform hands-on construction duties including but not limited to framing, siding, roofing, metal building assembly, and interior/exterior finishing

- Assist in the erection and installation of commercial metal building systems, including but not limited to steel framing, panels, insulation, and grim work.

- Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

- Operate hand and power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery as needed.

- Collaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure efficient workflow

- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
