Job Description
Warehouse Associate – Assembly Focus (Temporary with Potential for Full-Time Hire)
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to participate in the assembly operations of our warehouse. We are a growing company so it is important that applicants be friendly and communicate well with coworkers. This is a great opportunity to prove yourself, gain valuable experience, and potentially secure long-term employment with our team.
Employment Details:
This position is being offered on a temporary basis to start. However, we are actively looking for individuals who want to grow with our company. Team members who demonstrate reliability, strong performance, and a consistent work ethic over the first few months will be considered for a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities
- Perform product assembly of small boxes according to detailed instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Identify and report any product defects, damaged materials, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
- Move and organize inventory storage according to instructions.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks including organizing inventory, stocking materials, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment (ladders, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Must be able to stand and / or sit while performing meticulous and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Lift up to 40 pounds when needed.
Skills
- Preferred but not required - Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
- Preferred but not required - Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
- Preferred but not required - Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
