Job Summary

The QC Receiving / Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role plays a critical part in ensuring only compliant products enter inventory and that stock levels remain accurate and organized.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and quality compliance

Verify items against purchase orders and packing slips

Record and report any discrepancies or defects

Accept, reject, or quarantine materials based on inspection results

Accurately enter received goods into inventory systems

Maintain organized storage and proper labeling of inventory

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in QC, receiving, or inventory control

Familiarity with warehouse or WMS systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer skills 

RF scanning experience

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of quality inspection procedures

Understanding of inventory control methods (FIFO, cycle counting)
