Accounts Receivable /  Collections Specialist
Location: West Yarmouth, MA
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities
•    Outbound calls to past-due commercial accounts 
•    Research and resolve billing disputes 
•    Set up payment arrangements 
•    Track collection activity 
•    Work with bookkeeping on billing issues 

Requirements
•    B2B collections experience required
•    Comfortable with outbound collections calls 
•    Strong Excel and account research skills 
•    Organized and detail-oriented

Pay Rate:
•    Up to $25/ hour depending on experience
