Recruiter

Job Summary:

Our growing home healthcare agency seeks a talented and experienced recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to provide in-home care services to our patients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in healthcare recruitment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals

- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks and drug tests, and extending job offers

- Maintain accurate records of employee files

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, Clients, and family members.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or Home Healthcare administration experience.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
