Play & Café Team
Perfect for energetic team players who enjoy working with families and creating positive guest experiences.
Responsibilities may include:
• Greeting and checking in guests at the front desk
• Preparing and serving food and beverages in the Play Café
• Monitoring play areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Assisting with parties and special events
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
• Delivering exceptional customer service to guests of all ages

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Party Specialists
Our Party Specialists help create unforgettable birthday celebrations and special events.
This role is primarily scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays and is ideal for individuals who love hospitality, organization, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities include:
• Pre-planning birthday parties and special events
• Hosting parties from start to finish
• Coordinating with families and guests throughout the event
• Ensuring party rooms are prepared and organized
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Working efficiently while managing multiple priorities
Successful candidates will have:
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time management
• A positive, team-first attitude
• High energy and attention to detail
• A passion for creating amazing guest experiences
Party Specialists receive the majority of party tips in addition to their regular compensation.
Shift Supervisors
Join our leadership team and help create magical experiences for guests while supporting and developing our Sweet Team.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading, coaching, and training team members
• Coordinating daily operations and staffing needs
• Supporting party and event execution
• Overseeing inventory and operational readiness
• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction standards
• Creating a positive and productive team culture
• Assisting with facility operations and overall guest experience
• Act as the communication liaison between ownership and park staff
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure every family receives an exceptional experience
Qualifications:
• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume customer-facing industry such as entertainment, fitness, hospitality, retail, or restaurant operations
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; membership sales experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with children or family entertainment is a plus
• Passion for creating a fun, welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of leading in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 pounds
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, POS systems, and general business technology
