Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM | $20/hr
Weekend Shift: Friday & Saturday, 10:30 PM – 11:00 AM | $21/hr

Employment Solutions is currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operators for immediate openings in Somers, CT. This position is responsible for operating injection molding machinery, performing secondary production operations, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining accurate production documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform secondary assembly, trimming, packaging, and inspection operations
• Inspect parts to ensure visual and dimensional quality standards are met
• Complete production, inspection, scrap, and traceability documentation accurately
• Monitor machine performance and report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with company standards
• Follow GMP, HACCP, ISO, and workplace safety procedures at all times
• Support team production goals and assist with additional manufacturing tasks as needed

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team
• Basic math, communication, and computer/data entry skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment

• Experience with injection molding or plastics manufacturing
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 standards
• Experience using manufacturing software or production tracking systems
