Setup Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Position Summary

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Setup Machine Operator for its 3rd Shift operation. This position is responsible for performing machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting on production and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime. Qualifications

• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in machine setup in a manufacturing, production, or heavy equipment environment.
• Previous machine setup, mechanical, maintenance, or equipment adjustment experience will be considered.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Motivated to learn and grow within the organization.
• Must own basic hand and power tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and equipment adjustments to support production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist in maintaining production and packaging equipment for optimal performance.
• Accurately document completed work and repairs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
