What You'll Do

  • Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
  • Review resumes to identify relevant experience, transferable skills, career progression, and employment stability
  • Conduct in-depth phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments
  • Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, work history, professionalism, communication skills, work ethic, and overall fit
  • Present well-vetted candidates who meet client expectations and position requirements
  • Build relationships with candidates while maintaining high hiring standards
  • Manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle employee relations matters including attendance concerns, performance issues, coaching conversations, and assignment follow-up
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system
  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions
  • Meet recruiting, interviewing, and placement goals while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

  • Recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, employee relations, management, sales, customer service, workforce development, or related experience preferred
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to assess talent and make sound hiring recommendations
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
