Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Optional Overtime Available)

We're hiring Warehouse Order Selectors to help build and prepare grocery orders in a fast-paced refrigerated distribution center. If you have warehouse experience, enjoy staying active, and are comfortable working in a cold environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Select grocery products using a voice-directed picking system
- Operate ride-on and electric pallet jacks
- Build and organize pallets for shipment
- Move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and safety standards
- Support shipping and distribution operations
Work Environment
Refrigerated warehouse maintained between 34°ree;–37°ree;F
Equipment Used:
- Voice-picking technology
- Ride-on pallet jack
- Electric pallet jack
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active role that requires:
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and walking
- Lifting up to 60 lbs. to shoulder level
- Lifting up to 60.5 lbs. overhead
- Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment
Schedule
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Days Off:
- Tuesday & Wednesday OR
- Wednesday & Thursday
Schedules are fixed and do not rotate.
Overtime is currently optional
Qualifications
✔ Warehouse, distribution center, order selecting, or material handling experience preferred
✔ Pallet jack experience is a plus
✔ Comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to obtain certification to operate warehouse equipment
Important Information
Steel-toed boots required
PPE is typically provided onsite
Union facility (union membership required upon permanent hire)
Drug screen and employment verification required before start
Facility tour required during the hiring process
