Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are hiring a Warehouse & Service Technician for a temporary 4-month assignment at our Pasco, Washington facility. This hands-on role supports daily warehouse operations, equipment inspections, component rebuilding/recertification, and quality processes as we grow our inventory of used and demo equipment.
You will receive training from our After Sales team and play a direct role in preparing equipment for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys varied technical and warehouse work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse duties including loading and unloading finished goods and equipment
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI/QC) on finished goods to verify proper assembly, functionality, and identify any defects or wear in mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems
- Use diagnostic tools and software to assess equipment performance and calibration
- Document and report defects or deviations found during inspections
- Rebuild, recertify, and prepare used equipment and components for resale and inventory
- Support inventory, shipping, and receiving activities as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace
- Collaborate with the Operations and After Sales teams (training provided)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, equipment service, maintenance, quality inspection, or a related technical field
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, fluidic, and/or electrical systems
- Experience performing inspections, diagnostics, or quality assurance processes (incoming/outgoing inspections preferred)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and safely operate warehouse equipment
- OSHA Forklift certification required (must obtain within the first 30 days of employment if not currently certified)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting
- High school diploma required (technical degree or related certification preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Available to work full-time on-site in Pasco, WA for the full temporary assignment (start ASAP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with equipment recertification, rebuilding, or preparing used/demo equipment for resale
- Previous work in agriculture, ag equipment, automotive, or industrial equipment environments
- Experience with ERP systems (training on internal system will be provided)
- Spanish speaking skills
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
