Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented UPS Processor / Receiving Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring incoming shipments are received, processed, and tracked accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience in a receiving department, understands UPS shipping processes, and is motivated to grow within a stable company environment.

Responsibilities

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy

· Process and track deliveries using UPS systems and procedures

· Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation

· Organize and maintain a clean receiving area

· Communicate shipment discrepancies or issues to management promptly

· Pick and process electrical components using reel counters and scales

· Pack components according to ESD and MSL standards

· Verify product codes, markings, and order accuracy

· Generate invoices and shipping labels for outgoing orders

· Perform cycle counts and assist with quarterly inventory audits

· Process customer orders using company software and tracking systems

· Support warehouse organization and equipment maintenance documentation

Qualifications

· Previous experience in a Receiving Department or warehouse environment

· Working knowledge of UPS shipping and receiving procedures

· Experience with order processing and inventory management

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Familiarity with FBA processes is a plus

· Motivated with a desire to grow and advance within the company
