Bilingual Client Specialist

Our client is seeking two in office Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join their team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Accurately document customer interactions and update company systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Deliver a positive customer experience while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and business software
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
