Interior construction clean up

The Interior Construction Clean Up role is responsible for ensuring small residential construction sites are left clean, safe, and well-organized following project completion. This position involves routine day shifts with frequent travel between multiple sites and requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Perform site cleaning and debris removal to prepare areas for final inspection
• Wash surfaces and handle trash disposal in compliance with waste procedures
• Manage cleaning equipment and maintain proper material organization
• Ensure safety compliance throughout clean-up activities
• Conduct post-construction checks to confirm site readiness

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in construction cleanup
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment, and waste disposal procedures
• Understanding of safety standards compliance
• Physical stamina and attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and within a small team
• Effective time management skills
